Once an order has been placed, processing takes between 1 and 3 business days. On working days, processing usually takes only one business day; however, if you place an order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take slightly longer.
After processing, the order is shipped, and delivery takes on average between 7 and 14 business days.

Placing an Order

Go to the product page and add the desired item to your shopping cart by clicking the black “Add to Cart” button.
Make sure you have selected the correct variant.
If everything is correct, click “Proceed to Checkout”.
On the information page, carefully enter your delivery details. Once completed, click “Continue to Shipping”.
On the shipping page, you can review the entered address.
⚠️ Note: Delivery is always free. As a token of appreciation to our customers, we always cover shipping and delivery costs.
Then click “Continue to Payment”.
On the payment page, you can choose from various secure payment methods.
At cauvelle.com, all payment options are encrypted via SSL protocol, ensuring completely secure transactions.

After selecting your preferred payment method, click “Complete Order”.
