Returns
Can I return my order?

Yes, that is possible.

In that case, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order must include all accompanying parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Normal use of the product is allowed; damage caused by negligent use is excluded.
Products for which hygiene is essential must be carefully cleaned before starting the return process.
The product must be defective upon receipt.
We reserve the right to charge return costs to the customer.

Returns are processed within 30 business days and, if all conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if we suspect that the item has been used or damaged in a way for which we are not responsible.
